Vehicle Exterior Dimension Tester

The vehicle exterior dimension dynamic measurement system is developed based on high-speed laser dynamic scanning. The measurement process primarily includes system calibration, data preprocessing, edge-point localization, and calculation of vehicle exterior dimension data. This system features fully automated, non-contact measurement—once the vehicle exits the test area, it automatically computes data such as length, width, and height.

New Energy Testing Equipment

The inspection of new-energy vehicles is divided into two parts: electrical safety testing and power battery & vehicle safety testing. Based on these two aspects, specialized inspection equipment has been developed, namely the New-Energy Electrical Safety Testing Equipment and the Power Battery & Vehicle Safety Testing Equipment. Automotive Dynamometer (Small Roller)

The automotive dynamometer (also known as a chassis dynamometer) is a core piece of equipment specifically designed to measure a vehicle’s output power and fine-tune its performance—making it especially essential in motorsports and the automotive performance tuning industry. In countries with well-developed aftermarket industries, such as the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, dynamometers are incredibly common in tuning shops. To meet the demands of advanced modifications, modern dynamometers are now typically equipped with robust auxiliary tuning features, including power data recording, constant-speed testing, and real-time display of power and torque outputs.
